Maybe. I never would have thought of a 3-D printer for this sort of project, but maybe you can work out a prototype by purchasing two very short lengths of ordinary PVC pipe at a plumbing supply house, and maybe using a few lengths of leather thong or something to "hinge" them and to fold them together. I should make a diagram of what I mean--it's hard to verbalize.

I wonder: do you think you could fashion a metal cage that is a PAIR of narrow, short cylinders, hinged together at ONE end, and with some sort of lock or clasp at the other end?
In other words, the cylinders could be end-to-end for you to place your (soft) penis INTO them:

But then, once you were inserted, you could "fold" the cylinders, one above the other:

--and snap them together that way, or else perhaps place a THIRD cylinder cage OVER the two of them pressed together, so as to hold your penis in a tightly "folded" "U"?
I think this sort of binding would be fairly easy if I or someone else were there to "tie" it onto you--it's probably a lot harder to get things arranged by yourself.
It's hard to explain this sort of thing without a diagram, I suppose, but obviously, you've thought a lot about this sort of thing, and you seem to be so good at welding these cages, I thought perhaps it might be possible for you to try such a design.

thx i tried to bend it the other way but my penis is bend a bit upwards and so its difficult to hold him down the other way may a metal cage would be better for this but you also need a long one to do this ^^ with a few cm more this would be easier..
this way its easy to cum but i think bend the other way wold be really hard to cum because you urethra will be pinched off.. :D

That's TERRIFIC! I'm so glad you filmed this, because the "folded penis" chastity arrangement is one I've described often to other men as something I'd like to see them subjected to--but I always envisioned the "fold" going the other way (bent DOWNWARD, rather than UPWARD, with the sensitive underbelly of the cock concealed toward the center, rather than exposed.
