Dear Mr. Reynolds, while I understand that you believe a merger between our two companies

would be to the benefit of all parties involved, I must insist that you cease your attempts

at a hostile takeover and realign your priorities to the upcoming impact of new trade guidelines

that are being brought into full force next quarter due to the FTC changes.
